Communications Terms
Effective Date: July 22, 2026 · Last Updated: July 22, 2026
These Communications Terms explain how InvisaBlend may communicate with you by email, telephone call, and text message.
They supplement our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By providing your contact information, requesting that we contact you, or separately consenting to receive marketing communications, you acknowledge these Communications Terms.
In these Communications Terms, “InvisaBlend,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InvisaBlend. “You” and “your” refer to the person receiving or requesting communications.
1. Types of Communications
Depending on how you interact with InvisaBlend and the permissions you provide, communications may include:
- Responses to questions or requests
- Hair assessment and consultation follow-up
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Schedule changes and cancellation notices
- Requests for photographs, videos, measurements, or additional information
- Design, application, and service updates
- Payment, invoice, or deposit information
- Care and maintenance reminders
- Customer-support communications
- Professional, salon, stylist, or partnership follow-up
- Educational information and resources
- Promotional offers, announcements, and marketing messages
The communication method used may depend on the contact information and preferences you provide.
2. Communications You Request
When you provide a telephone number or email address and ask InvisaBlend to contact you, you authorize us to respond using the information you provided.
This may include a manual telephone call, personal email, or individualized text message related to your question, consultation, appointment, payment, or service request.
Providing a telephone number through a general contact form does not automatically enroll you in recurring marketing text messages. Recurring or automated text messaging requires the applicable consent presented with the form or opt-in method.
3. Text Message Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from InvisaBlend, messages may include:
- Consultation follow-up
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Schedule changes
- Service and payment updates
- Care and maintenance reminders
- Customer-support responses
- Educational information
- Promotional messages when separately authorized
Messages may be sent through GoHighLevel or another communications provider and may use automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.
4. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with InvisaBlend, scheduled appointments, requested services, and selected communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
InvisaBlend does not charge a separate fee for sending text messages. Your carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Text Message Opt-Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time.
Reply STOP to an InvisaBlend text message to opt out. You may also use another reasonable method, such as emailing info@invisablend.com or calling 908-370-3378, and clearly ask us to stop sending text messages to your number.
Additional recognized opt-out keywords may include:
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
- UNSUBSCRIBE
After receiving an opt-out request, we may send one final text confirming that the request was processed. We will then stop sending text messages covered by your request within the period required by applicable law.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment, consultation, payment obligation, or requested service. We may use another permitted method, such as email or a manual telephone call, when reasonably necessary to address an active appointment or service request.
You may opt back in later by completing a new consent form or otherwise providing valid consent.

Calls may include:
- Consultation scheduling and follow-up
- Appointment confirmation or rescheduling
- Questions about your assessment
- Requests for additional information
- Service, application, and maintenance coordination
- Payment or customer-support matters
Where separately disclosed and permitted by law, calls may be made using automated dialing technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
Consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing calls is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.
You may ask InvisaBlend not to call you by telling the representative, calling 908-370-3378, or emailing info@invisablend.com.
8. Calls and Messages From Hair Professionals
At your request or with your permission, InvisaBlend may provide relevant contact information to a stylist, salon, affiliate, or hair professional involved in a consultation, application, maintenance service, or support request.
That professional may contact you regarding:
- Appointment availability
- Consultation details
- Application or maintenance scheduling
- Location-specific instructions
- Services you requested
An independent professional may have separate communications and privacy practices.
An InvisaBlend communication consent does not authorize an independent professional to send unrelated marketing messages. The professional is responsible for obtaining any separate consent.
9. Email Communications
InvisaBlend may send service-related emails concerning:
- Questions or requests you submitted
- Consultations and assessments
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Payment or invoice information
- Design, service, or maintenance updates
- Customer support
- Professional inquiries
These communications may continue while reasonably necessary to respond to your request or provide a service.
If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe through the link included in the email or by contacting info@invisablend.com.
We will process marketing email opt-out requests as soon as reasonably practicable and within the period required by applicable law.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent service-related emails reasonably necessary to manage an active consultation, appointment, transaction, or support request.
10. Communication Consent and Contact Information
By opting in to a communication program, you represent that:
- You are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number or email address provided
- You are authorized to provide the contact information

- You understand that consent may be withdrawn

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
InvisaBlend may use communications providers, including GoHighLevel and its supporting telecommunications providers, to deliver and manage messages on our behalf.
These providers may process telephone numbers, message content, delivery status, opt-in records, and opt-out requests as necessary to provide messaging services.
12. Communication Delivery
InvisaBlend cannot guarantee that every email, call, or text message will be received.
Communications may be delayed or prevented by:
- Carrier or internet service interruptions
- Spam filters
- Blocked numbers or addresses
- Incorrect contact information
- Device settings
- Full voicemail or email storage
- Technical or security restrictions
You remain responsible for keeping your contact information current and reviewing communications related to appointments and services.
13. Privacy and Security
Communications may contain information related to your consultation, appointment, payment, hair preferences, or service request.
Avoid sending Social Security numbers, complete payment card numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or text message.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the InvisaBlend Privacy Policy.
14. No Emergency or Medical Communications
InvisaBlend email, telephone, and text message services are not intended for emergencies or urgent medical concerns.
Do not rely on a text message, voicemail, email, website form, or social media message for an emergency.
Call 911 or contact an appropriate medical professional if you are experiencing an emergency or urgent health concern.

We may update these Communications Terms as our services, communication practices, providers, or legal obligations change.
