Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 21, 2026 · Last Updated: July 21, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Invisablend.com, online assessments, consultation forms, scheduling tools, communications, and other services that link to these Terms.
By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise interacting with an InvisaBlend online service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or submit information through our online services.
In these Terms, “InvisaBlend,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InvisaBlend. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the website or related services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to schedule a consultation, submit an assessment, make a payment, or enter into an agreement with InvisaBlend.
A parent or legal guardian should contact InvisaBlend regarding services for a person under 18.
By using the website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Website Information
The website provides general information about InvisaBlend®, Micro Strand™ technology, consultation services, personalized hair-blending options, professional opportunities, and related topics.
Website content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It does not create a client, professional, licensing, employment, partnership, franchise, or other contractual relationship.
A service relationship begins only after InvisaBlend confirms the applicable service and both parties agree to any additional terms, pricing, policies, or documentation required for that service.
3. Consultations and Hair Assessments
An online hair assessment or private consultation helps InvisaBlend learn about your existing hair, desired coverage, color, texture, fullness, and preferred style.
Submitting an assessment, photograph, video, or consultation request does not:
- Guarantee that InvisaBlend is appropriate for you
- Guarantee a particular design, price, application method, or result
- Guarantee service availability in your location
- Reserve an appointment unless it is separately confirmed
- Create a professional or contractual relationship
- Constitute medical advice or a medical evaluation
Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the consultation. Additional information, photographs, measurements, or an in-person evaluation may be needed before InvisaBlend can confirm available options.
4. No Medical Advice or Hair-Regrowth Claims
InvisaBlend is a non-surgical hair-blending system designed to create the appearance of fuller-looking hair.
InvisaBlend does not diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat alopecia, cancer, scalp conditions, hair-loss disorders, or other medical conditions. It does not claim to regrow natural hair.
Website content, consultations, assessments, photographs, videos, and communications are not substitutes for advice from a physician, dermatologist, oncologist, or other qualified medical professional.
Consult an appropriate medical professional regarding unexplained hair loss, active cancer treatment, scalp sensitivity, open wounds, infection, allergies, or other health concerns before proceeding with a hair service.
5. Individual Results and Testimonials
Every InvisaBlend design and client experience is personal.
The appearance, comfort, longevity, maintenance schedule, and overall experience may be influenced by factors such as:
- Existing hair and density
- Areas of hair loss or desired coverage
- Scalp condition and sensitivity
- Color, texture, curl pattern, and length
- Selected fullness and design
- Application method
- Professional technique
- Natural hair growth
- Styling habits
- At-home care
- Ongoing maintenance
- Individual lifestyle
Photographs, videos, before-and-after images, testimonials, and client stories represent individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another person will receive the same or similar result.
InvisaBlend will explain the options reasonably available to you based on your consultation and the information you provide.
6. Photographs, Videos, and Other Submissions
You may choose to submit photographs, videos, reference images, assessment responses, questions, and other materials to support your consultation or service request.
You retain ownership of the original content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant InvisaBlend a limited, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to securely receive, store, reproduce, review, and share that content as reasonably necessary to:
- Respond to your request
- Conduct your assessment or consultation
- Develop or support your personalized design
- Coordinate an application or service
- Maintain appropriate business records
- Comply with legal obligations
This permission does not authorize InvisaBlend to use your photographs, videos, likeness, testimonial, or personal story in public marketing. Public marketing use requires separate permission or a separate written release.
You represent that:
- You have the right to submit the content
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights
- You have permission before submitting images or information belonging to another person
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or malicious content.
7. Appointments, Payments, and Service Policies
InvisaBlend may use third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, or other providers to manage scheduling, deposits, invoices, communications, and payments.
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms, refund eligibility, and other service conditions will be disclosed during the booking or service process when applicable.
A website description, estimate, consultation, or conversation does not guarantee a final price. Final pricing may depend on the selected coverage, density, human hair, design, customization, application, service location, and other individual requirements.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to pay all charges you knowingly authorize.
Third-party payment providers process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Availability and Service Locations
InvisaBlend may offer video consultations to individuals outside New Jersey. Application, maintenance, professional support, and other services may vary by design and location.
References to salons, stylists, affiliates, providers, or service locations do not guarantee that a particular provider or service will be available.
If you work with an independent stylist, salon, affiliate, or hair professional, that provider may establish its own appointment, payment, cancellation, service, and privacy policies. Review those policies before receiving services.
9. Professional and Partnership Information
Website information for stylists, salon owners, hair-replacement professionals, operators, investors, and prospective partners is provided for general informational purposes.
Submitting a professional interest form or requesting information does not:
- Guarantee acceptance into a program
- Create a license, franchise, partnership, agency, or employment relationship
- Grant a territory or location
- Authorize the use of InvisaBlend intellectual property
- Guarantee clients, revenue, earnings, or business performance
- Bind either party to a professional opportunity
Any certification, licensing, training, territory, ownership, operating, or professional relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website and related services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the website in a way that violates applicable law

We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or created a security, legal, or operational risk.

InvisaBlend does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for its content, availability, security, or independent practices.
Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
A link, reference, or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every product, service, statement, or practice associated with that third party.
15. Website Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties
We work to provide accurate and useful website information. Website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical problems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Specific written commitments regarding a paid service remain governed by the applicable booking terms, invoice, service policy, or written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvisaBlend will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from your access to, inability to access, or misuse of the website.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Claims involving a paid product or service may also be governed by the applicable service agreement, invoice, booking policy, or other written terms provided for that transaction.
These Terms do not limit any nonwaivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify InvisaBlend from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful misuse of the website
- Your material violation of these Terms
- Content you submit without the necessary rights or permission
- Your violation of another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights
This section does not require you to indemnify InvisaBlend for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
18. Honest Reviews and Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from providing an honest review, reporting a concern to a government agency, participating in a legal proceeding, or exercising a right protected by law.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your statements are truthful and do not unlawfully disclose another person’s confidential or private information.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website may be brought in the state or federal courts serving Bergen County, New Jersey.
Consumers may also have rights under the laws of their state or country of residence.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our website, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, by email, or through another appropriate method. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
21. General Provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
